This cozy private place with 140 feet shoreline will be your home away from home with all the essentials for you and your family. Just over an hour drive from Toronto. Everyone is welcome!

Please relax from the moment of arrival. Our home is an oasis of peace and quiet offering a private escape from daily life. It’s fully equipped with a full lakeview kitchen & dinning room. There is Wi-Fi in the house for those who may need to work from home.

And some of the best sunrises/sunsets around.

Master Bedroom: 1 King Bed, 1 Couch with suite 1st full size bathroom, lake & pool view

Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed, Garden view

Office: 1 Bunk sofabed (Twin over Double)

Living room: 1 Couch (Twin), lake & pool view

2nd full size bathroom

Lower Level -

Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Bed, lake & pool view

Rec room: 2 Sofabeds (Double) lake & pool view

2 Floor Folding Mattresses are available as per needs (Twin)

Full kitchen, Awesome recreation room with 65” Smart TV, 4-in1 game table (foosball, basketball, hockey, Ping-Pong), 2 IN 1 DARTS AND AXE THROWING CHALLENGE, Texas Poker set with Poker table, UNO, Dice Cup Sets, and more for you to have family gathering and FUN! We also have several watercrafts for seasonal use:

1x – SUP (Stand-Up Paddleboarding)  

2x – Kayak

3 safety kits & 6 life jackets (4 adult size & 2 kid size).

Freshly laundered bed linens and pillows, Towels (face, hand, body)

In-ground swimming pool, NON-Heated, open from end of April until early of Oct (this will depend on weather, please check with us ahead of your stay)

dock - docks are in the water from early May until the end of September (this will depend on weather, please check with us ahead of your stay)

Guest access

Guests will self-check-in to the house, and will have access to the Main House only... All other outbuildings (Sheds, boat, workshops, Trailers etc) are for Owners Storage only.

Other things to note

Please be aware:

We have weekly maintenance services scheduled for the cottage as the following:

>> Lawn Cutting, every Thursday noon

>> In Ground Pool Maintenance (once a week during early morning / late afternoons/evenings but will inform before gets started).

After servicing, it may take approximate 4-5 hours for chemicals to balance before it can be used again.

There will be one person coming for each service above (once a weeks) , we we may not be able to confirm a specific day due to the weather but we will do our best to inform you ahead.

Please don't be surprised to see someone on site.
